Over 10+ years I've specialised in real-time personalization and customer engagement — using Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio) to deliver contextual, behavior-driven experiences, and Journey Builder to orchestrate them across email, SMS, WhatsApp, web and app.

Underneath, I design the Data Cloud foundations — data ingestion, identity resolution, unified profiles and segmentation — that give every message one trustworthy view of the customer. With hands-on AMPscript, SSJS and SQL and experience across banking, travel and IT services, I keep data governance, compliance and measurable ROI front and center.
